Burj Azizi is Azizi Developments’ supertall tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, between the Trade Centre and the Museum of the Future. Azizi have announced it at 725 metres, which would make it the second-tallest building in the world after the Burj Khalifa.
Inside one tower sit three quite different things: freehold apartments through the lower and middle floors, penthouses on sixteen floors near the top, and a hotel, with shops, restaurants and observation decks in between. Each type of residence has its own lifts and its own set of amenities.

A tower like this is a long build and a long hold. These are the answers worth having in writing before you pay a booking.
Burj Azizi is DLD project 3257. Look it up in Dubai REST, the Dubai Land Department’s own app, and confirm your payments go to the project’s escrow account and nowhere else.
Azizi’s investor presentation shows construction running in phases towards 2030. Ask for the date written into the SPA, and what the SPA says if it moves.
Supertall towers carry more lifts, more facade and more security. Ask for Azizi’s estimated service charge per square foot, in writing, before you commit.
Developers usually set a minimum amount paid before they allow a resale, plus a transfer fee. Ask for Azizi’s terms for this tower specifically.
If rental income is the plan, ask which units may be let short-term, and whether any are tied to a hotel or holiday-home programme.
